Swim Team- Go Sharks!

I will not forget summer of 2009. Hayden and Logan had been taking swim lessons for about 5 months and were progressing along, but not great swimmers. I could not have imagined them swimming across the pool alone. On a whim I took them to the neighborhood swim team and they tried out and actually made the team. Swim team lasted about 6 weeks and they were in the water everyday for practice. It is amazing what they learned. Hayden was a much more hesitate swimmers, clinging to the lane lines for dear life at times. Logan a.k.a. Mr Cannonball conquered his fears day one. This was the best experience for them. Hayden's first swim meet took him almost 5 minutes to cross the pool and his last meet took about one minute and 30 seconds. Way to go Hayden!
